• Median sales price: $348,500 (0.9% decrease)
• Average sales price: $424,000 (3% increase)
• Total active listings: 142 (9% decrease)
• New listings: 89 (10.1% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 2.8 (10.3% increase)
