• Total single family home sales: 41 (18% decrease)
• Median sales price: $278,000 (8% increase)
• Average sales price: $311,500 (14.1% increase)
• Total active listings: 105 (26.6% decrease)
• New listings: 62 (20.5% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 2.2 (7% decrease)
