Gordon County | June 2023

• Total single family home sales: 62 (11.4% decrease)
• Median sales price: $287,500 (11.2% increase)
• Average sales price: $326,000 (8.5% increase)
• Total active listings: 104 (2% increase)
• New listings: 73 (20.7% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 2.1 (23.4% increase)
