• Total single family home sales: 49 (25.8% decrease)
• Median sales price: $265,000 (3.6% decrease)
• Average sales price: $275,500 (5.7% decrease)
• Total active listings: 106 (9.4% decrease)
• New listings: 52 (38.1% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 2.2 (15% increase)
