Last Monday, March 15, 2021, the Atlanta City Council approved a Short Term Rental ordinance, which requires each rental property to be registered, provide emergency contact information, and pay a registration fee. During the 2.5 hour discussion, numerous amendments were presented, a majority of which were approved.
